Is Harold Ford a Democrat?

I can't believe this guy comes out here and; pretty confidently I might add, gives Democrats and the Obama administration his advice. This is the guy who thought saying, "I like football. I like girls." was a winning campaign strategy.

I'm getting this off Tweets show right now. Another laugher is Jim Cramer from the bowels of Wall Street saying that he thinks Obama is tone deaf.

Everyone seems to forget that he was rewarded with the DLC chair AFTER he openly opposed the DEM nomination process and supported Joe Lieberman's conservative, pro Bush, 3rd party run.

Though I shouldn't be surprised when the leadership welcomed Lieberman back, even as he spoke (on Imus of getting back at the people who supported Lamont - Kerry and Dodd were two he singled out. He didn't get why those two Democrats might want to endorse the Democratic nominee.

.... the South is not exactly the bastion of progressive thought. Compared to the majority of folks around here, he's bluer than blue.

He was the victim of a blatantly racist campaign against him when he ran for Senate .... might have even won if it had not been for that .... (HA! Who am I kidding? I can dream right?)

Actually Harold Ford ran a great campaign, he just got blindsided with that ad, not much he could do to respond to that thing.

He is a Dem, but a very frustrating one, very much a DLC type, blurring the lines between parties on certain issues.
