OH MY GOD! The Fucking Republicans!
For eight long years they have broken the world in every possible way and I'm beginning to think that it's all far more deliberate than we could ever have imagined!

How the fuck dare they come out with all this crap of suddenly "knowing" how to solve our problems, when they really want the middle class to vanish!

I just can't stand listening to the lies and crap that people like Nancy Pfotenhauer..and Lars Larsen are currently telling on the Larry King Show.

I wouldn't even be watching if it wasn't for Stephanie M and Adrianna H weren't on.It's just unbelievable--they're calling it the Obama Recession-( I know its not the first time)-and blaming Clinton. for creating it in 1999.

How the hell are we ever going to recover from this mountain of bullshit they're espousing on the top of their horrifically shrill voices.

I really really need to be talked down on this--quoting the words of Rachel M!

Is there any one out there?
Sorry if this is repetitive--but the more of us object--the better!

11. Do you really believe that?
I so hope you're right--it seemed that just by voting for Barack in such big numbers, that the People actually were more aware than previously thought---but now when it comes to paying the price in taxes--how many will remain true?

The media is relentless--they have the message and will always spin it toward the money....but they can't kill our spirit--and that's all I have left.

12. Check out this poll by NBC/Wall St. Journal from today
http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/29493021/

Obama's ratings are at an all time high for that poll. The people may not want to spend all this money or pay more in taxes but know its inevitable at the same time. Government is all there is left.

16. That is encouraging...thanks for pointing it out...
it seems that CNN is the epicenter of right wing trash--after fox--where it's expected.
I don't know how Steph can stand it--the way Larry listens to Nancy P and the others...but on the other hand 5 years ago we had no one to counteract any of these shills on the box.

2. Funny how Bush is responsible for nothing after election day yet
the pukes still blame Clinton for everything.
Of course Clinton was responsible for every bad thing that happened from 1992 to election day 2008. From there Obama caused it.

3. The Second Coming (Slouching towards Bethlehem)
W.B Yeats

Turning and turning in the widening gyre
The falcon cannot hear the falconer;
Things fall apart; the centre cannot hold;
Mere anarchy is loosed upon the world,
The blood-dimmed tide is loosed, and everywhere
The ceremony of innocence is drowned;
The best lack all conviction, while the worst
Are full of passionate intensity.

Surely some revelation is at hand;
Surely the Second Coming is at hand.
The Second Coming! Hardly are those words out
When a vast image out of Spritus Mundi
Troubles my sight: somewhere in the sands of the desert.

A shape with lion body and the head of a man,
A gaze blank and pitiless as the sun,
Is moving its slow thighs, while all about it
Reel shadows of the indignant desert birds.
The darkness drops again; but now I know
That twenty centuries of stony sleep
were vexed to nightmare by a rocking cradle,
And what rough beast, its hour come round at last,
Slouches towards Bethlehem to be born?

(The Republicans always make me think of the bolded passage)

7. You're right it fits them perfectly!
Thanks for posting the poem--it gave me goosebumps reading it.

I guess our struggle is what it's all about--always looking for the saviour and when we get him--he is crucified.

It just seems that we're back to square one-with the media ruling everything, they give R L more time and perpetuate his lies at every given moment, and making his lies seem like facts to those who don't know better.

8. Repukes don't even believe themselves, they're just following a script. I don't know how any real
person with any dignity or conscience could continue to call himself or herself a republican.

They seem to have forgotten all else save for spreading lies and hatred.

I think what we are seeing is the real repuke party. They're like a 3 year old pitching a fit in a grocery store because they were told no. And I think the American people, having gotten a good look, have moved on. Hell, the American people are the ones who told the repukes no to start with, lol.

10. Catamount, you're giving them too much credit.
They are not planning to destroy the middle class. Other people don't even cross their minds. It's all about me, baby. They should call them, Mepublicans.

13. Oh that's good--I'll do that from now on
if you'll let me? I'm serious--I'll use it on my blog that nobody reads!

I must say I feel a smidgen better after listening to a bit of Keith O, and learning that there are a lot of other good things happening--not associated with our 'daily bread' at this point--but legal steps being taken to undo some of the corrupt occurrences from the last 8 years.

Thank heaven for small mercies.

14. One of the assholes on CNBC today said this is Obama's
market know. She the market has totally melted down this year because of Obama. They forget the market lost like over 6000 points in the last year before the election. Obama never even had one week of a honeymoon until all the media turned on him.

20. 2010! 2010! 2010!
Don't let the Cons bother you too much! Yes they are doing everything they can to obstruct the President now, but the American people can see that, and they are going to deliver a third straight drubbing of the Republican party come election day 2010. When the Dems have 62-65 Senate seats and maintain their dominance in the House, all the Republicans will have left is their whining.

In the meantime, President Obama and the Democrats have and will continue to get a lot done no matter what these morons have to say.
