19. We live on the Canadian border in NYS and there are people who

come over from Canada to see Dr's here and to have tests done. The few I have spoken to say it is because they have to wait so long in Canada to have tests and procedures done that it is worth coming here and paying for it. I really don't know any more than that about it.

21. I don't think these are specialists they are seeing. I am guessing that

their Dr's send over their info to a Dr over here and then they are seen here and the test is ordered. According to the 2 that I spoke to they were quite upset over the long wait in Canada. I do know that others from Canada come here but I don't know what there reasons are as I have never spoke to them but I have a friend that works at the hospital and she says a lot of them come over.

I have never waited longer than 2 weeks and that is unusual. We are a very small city, actually not even sure why it is a city. But we have a decent hospital and pretty decent Dr's but for certain specialists we have to travel a bit.
