Everything coming from the right disgusts me...
I am watching the Chris Matthews show and some right-wing nobody, Chris Plante, was, spewing out the 'meme of the day' that President Obama is responsible for the recession... Unbelievable. I just don't know what to say anymore. I can't imagine how anyone, who has even the tiniest bit of decency or common sense in their bones, can find anything they say agreeable, let alone, reasonable.

Because of this, I think we have to be really careful in our criticisms of the Obama Administration; I know it's our civic duty/responsibility to criticize when we believe our President falls along the wayside, in fact he's encouraged it. But I think we have to emphasize that, when we critique, we're by no means advocating ideas from the right. We also need to remind them that they're ideas have been repudiated by a large majority of Americans last November. By doing this, they cannot use our constructive criticism against us, which they're constantly attempting to do.

The right is lost - they know it, they loathe it, they're going down with the ship, and they'll do anything to take everyone down with them. I don't want to give them ANYTHING to feel good about.

1. The only good thing to come from the right-wing is...
... sorry, can't think of anything.

Oh, yeah.

I just thought of something.

Ronald Reagan wasn't saved by stem cells.

3. Did Chris Mathews call him on the lie?
That's where a lot of the problems lie. The media is not challanging any of the bullshit.

5. Matthews, and the dem members of the panel tried...
But, as usual he {Plante} talked over everyone and mumbled, "oh sure... that's a great idea," under his breath. I guess that's a new tactic, the 'smarmy, juvenile, under the breath' retort. Fucking jerk. :spank:

4. They've come up with a pretty effective tool - lies. And repeated lies.
They've been using that strategy for a long time but polished it to a fine shine during the B*sh years. The problem is that so much of the public believes whatever it hears....and the media seems to be going down that slippery slope as well. Truth is no longer valued or recognized.

6. It only seems to be working on the base.
The 22 percenters. They know it. That's why they scream so loud.
