Will MSNBC Censor Maddow and Olbermann Re Cramer's Appearance On The Daily Show?
It will be interesting to see what KO and Rachel Maddow cover. If they do not mention Cramer's appearance on KO, then this just confirms that real journalism is dead if even supposedly liberal shows can't comment on last night's expose on the cozy relationship between the finanicial media and the corporations they cover.

4. Based on the intro, it looks like Tweety received and is abiding by his marching orders.

I thought at the least it would be covered in "The Side Show," but it doesn't appear as if he's even going near it.

Shuster is up next, and I'm keeping fingers crossed that he'll jump on it.

11. I got rid of my TV service altogether.
I downgraded my Comcast to phone and internet only.

I watch TV clips on the Internets Tubes though. :smoke:

13. Shuster's intro made zero mention of it either. Total blackout operation is succeeding so far.
It's going to be completely up to KO and Rachel. Hopefully they aren't as locked into the march as the rest of their colleagues have been today.

15. What is the point of avoiding the topic? How does this help MSNBC one bit?
ridiculous.

everyone else is talking about it and showing it...but MSNBC puts a gag order out on it and this accomplishes what exactly? :wtf:

the damage is done. MSNBC's own reporting after the fact is not going to change that --heck, reporting on it might give their news division a bit more credibility than it is losing thanks to this gag order stunt.

MSNBC Producers Asked Not To Highlight Cramer/Stewart

A TVNewser tipster tells us MSNBC producers were asked not to incorporate the Jim Cramer/Jon Stewart interview into their shows today. In fact, the only time it came up on MSNBC was during the White House briefing, when a member of the press corps asked Press Secretary Robert Gibbs if Pres. Obama watched. Gibbs wasn't sure if the president had, but Gibbs did. "I enjoyed it thoroughly," the Press Secretary said.

I wonder what the big wigs at MSNBC think about that. And if he does get some type of job there, if he'll do such segments in the future.

21. Keith has more power than the other hosts
If he wants to cover it, MSNBC won't even try to stop him. He's got the best ratings of their anchors, and they don't want to tick him off.
