Dr. Orly in Idaho, Confronting Chief Justice Roberts
Batshit Crazy Dentist/Lawyer Dr. Orly Taitz decided to go up to the University of Idaho - Moscow's law school, (a real one, not the on-line one she got her degree from), and accost Chief Justice Roberts over her increasingly shrill claims that President Obama isn't a citizen.

Seattle Times: http://seattletimes.nwsource.com/html/localnews/2008857072_apidrobertsidaho1stldwritethru.html

"At one point during the audience question period, Orly Taitz, a woman from Rancho Santa Margarita, Calif., said she had documents proving that President Obama was not born in the United States and thus could not be president. While audience members laughed, she said she had half a million signatures of people demanding the Supreme Court hear the matter.

Roberts cut her off by saying that if she had documents with her, she should give them to security officers. He also said he could not discuss the issue.

Earlier this month, a federal judge in Washington, D.C., threw out a lawsuit questioning Obama's citizenship, branding the case a waste of the court's time."

From a law student that was there: http://emilymckenzie1.blogspot.com/2009/03/mr-chief-justice.html

"Then he opened the floor for questions and this crazy lady wanted to know why the Supreme Court wouldn't listen to her case about allowing Obama to become president when he isn't a US citizen and she was going off. So the Chief Justice interuppted her said that she could leave her papers with the security and he would look them over and that due to his position he could not discuss cases and ended it. Smooth! That is how you do it!"

Ironically this happened the same day that the lawsuit she's co-attorney with Gary Kreep on, Keyes v Bowen was slapped down in California Superior Court.

Of course, Dr.Orly herself claimed her trip was a Glorious People's Victory Against The Usurper.

"On Monday I saw Justice Scalia and he had absolutely no knowledge of my case, that was supposedly heard in conference on January 23rd. It is inexplicable, particularly knowing that roughly half a million American citizens have written to him and to you Justice Roberts demanding that you hear this issue of eligibility of Barack Hussein Obama aka Barry Soetoro to be the President of the United States." At that point I have shown to Roberts a stack of papers, that I held. Those were my pleadings and printouts that I got from WorldNetDaily. It contained your names, names of about 350,000 that signed the petition. (there were others that have written individual letters,) . Roberts stated "I will read your documents, I will review them. Give them to my Secret Service Agent and I will review them". His Secret Service Agent approached me and stated " Give me all the documents, I promise you Justice Roberts will get them". I had a full suitcase of documents. The agent went to look for a box, he found a large box to fit all the documents, he showed me his badge, and introduced himself as Gilbert Shaw, secret Service Agent assigned fto the security of Chief Justice Roberts. "

the White House for eight years? Of course the Supreme Court probably couldn't hear that case because they were the ones who illegally gave the election to GWB.

In any event, I guess the SS got their hands on that stuff and anyone with a brain would know that President Obama would never have been able to run unless he was a president.

FAIL. EPIC.

8. She is clearly sinking more deeply into her paranoid delusions.
And her followers are fast on her heels.

I suspect she will push some to violence.

11. You know who Orly Taitz (I won't dignify her by calling her Dr.) looks like?
She looks like Polly "Mel, Kiss my Grits!" Holliday from the 1970s TV show "Alice".

12. What did this woman do?
Xerox some comic book pages and call them evidence?

Printing out the rants of rw nutjob blogs is not collecting evidence either.

16. Yep Polarik runs Free REpublic. Jim Robinson must kiss Polarik's boots or else he's fucked
and he's a fucking N00b there, too. He joined FR on June 22, 2008, but has the power to get Freepers who were there for the push to impeach Clinton banned.

If Polarik pings Administrator in any response, the person he's responding to is banned, regardless of longevity on FR.

That are not obsessed with this bullshit. I'd bet that Roberts thinks this woman is a fool.

22. I wonder what would happen if someone made up a bunch of stuff about Dr. Orly .........
not being a citizen and posted it on the internet and then claimed she had no right to pursue her actions in a US court because she is not a US citizen.

You think she might change her tune?

23. Well....
She was born and raised in the former Soviet Union, immigrated to Israel where she went to Dental School, then to the US.

She claims to be a naturalized US citizen. I'm sure someone could have fun with that, as well as claims of her being an ex-KGB agent or involved with Mossad............ (evil grin)

Actually, some of my readers at Yes To Democracy think she might be an agent trying to destabilize the United States. I doubt she's that smart personally
