American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 ---- IN EFFECT!
We just got a letter from my dad's pension people.

Apparently, and this is directly stated in the letter any one receiving $2240 will not see any more taxes withheld in their income due to the new guidelines put in the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009. Keep in mind my family was being taxed to oblivion and kept on having to withhold funding, now won't see any need to withhold any more funding.

Good news is we'll have more money every month into the home without any more added taxes. :woohoo:

I'll tell you more details when we do our taxes.
