The destruction isn't complete...
The administration can't fall into the trap of propping up the phoney ponzi scheme aka the stock market.

This entire situation is due to assigning a value to something with no value, trading that value, appreciating that value and "gaming" that value.

We need HEAVY restrictions and oversight.

I'm afraid that President Obama is feeling the pressure to uphold the financial world "status quo"...

Trash the whole damn thing and let it's value be re-configured.

A stock value should be based on 1 share worth of the companies net assets and a consideration for an annual dividend.

That's all. A "startup" company should NEVER have an IPO @ $300/share when the company has no assets, no net profit and only the promise of future growth.

25 years of "vapor economics"...
