Next time a reporter asks why the President isn't focusing every waking second
Edited on Sat Mar-21-09 01:42 PM by EffieBlack
on the banking situation because "WE'RE IN A CRISIS!!!" I hope someone responds by asking that reporter, if the banking crisis is so critical that the President shouldn't even think about anything else until it's resolved, then why aren't YOUR networks covering it 24/7 instead of obsessing over an offhand comment the President made about the Special Olympics, showing that stupid bison attack, talking about Casey Anthony, hovering helicopters over Octomom's house?

These shallow hypocrites are really making me sick.

1. Seriously, don't you wish they would?
The situation is so complex, I wish they would help explain more so that people understand what types of solutions are necessary. Then Obama wouldn't get grief when he sucks it up and does what is needed to be done even though it is unpopular.

9. They can't explain it because they're too lazy to do the work needed to understand it
So they bitch at and criticize President Obama for "doing too many things" when in reality, they're upset that he refuses to stay in the "issue of the day" box they keep trying to force him in so that their limited attention span doesn't get diverted with distractions..

3. Very good question! I doubt anyone will ever ask them though.
The desire is for this President to fail. Plain and simple. They won't rest until the poll numbers are in the toilet and every proposal of his dies. They're never going to give him a break.

8. If he spent all his waking hours obsessing over the crisis
he'd be in a mental institution within a week.

11. The other day one of the idiots on MSNBC was going on and on about
how Obama is doing too much . . . the usual BS . . . and then added "and why isn't he doing anything about Social Security yet?" Sheesh! He's doing too much, remember???

12. Good response. And if I see the Octomom on TV on more time,
I'm going to stick a fork in my eye.
