I mean, seriously. Is the complaint that he doesn't memorize the many speeches he gives weekly? He doesn't do it 'old-school' and use a piece of paper? What, exactly, is the point of the criticism here?

2. It's DUMB.
Obama read a prepared statement - whether teleprompter or paper no matter. The Q&A part was all him, off the cuff. His opponents are so pathetic.

5. I don't want my president spending precious time remembering speeches
It's time that someone destroyed this teleprompter meme, Jon Stewart style.

8. ooh oooh I know..Using a teleprompter makes you look at the people/cameras more.

You would think the media would like that better.

Its such a weak attack... I do not think the rw focused group this one. It just helps even more people to see the bias.

Funny... seems like a lot of pub poo has been backfiring.

12. So, let me see. A 55 minute press conference where he spent 9 minutes of it on a teleprompter
and the rest was taking and answering difficult questions from the press.

He spent 16 percent of his time using a teleprompter.

M$M poutrage about it is a gigantic FAIL.
