head above water! I have a tooth ache that is throbbing so bad that I feel like getting the pliers and pulling the damn thing out myself :argh: because I CAN'T AFFORD DENTAL INSURANCE! WHY AREN'T THEY TALKING ABOUT WAYS WE CAN GET SOME HEALTH CARE IN THIS NATION! :argh: I have to have a root canal and the price of that alone is ridiculous, so why doesn't the media shut the fuck up about the teleprompter and talk about those of us who DO have something to REALLY bitch about!

Some of these "reporters" are stuck. on. stupid. :eyes:

1. Look, that's awfully sad about your teeth and all, but it's MUCH
more important that our president get those stone tablets carved for his next presser.

4. thanks...
I'm definitely going to send a blanket email and now is the right time while the pain is throbbing. It's like they don't even care what the "little people" feel and how they are really struggling during these times.

and the ones I added at comment #16.

This meme is utter bullshit.

And not because I don't care if Obama uses a teleprompter, but because EVERY OTHER PRESIDENT HAS USED IT TOO SINCE IT WAS INVENTED!!!!!!!!!!!!!

7. They are attacking his STRENGTH, which is public speaking.
That's in their playbook.

And ye shall know them by their fruits: Anyone who jumps on that teleprompter bandwagon is a Rethug.

9. You poor thing - there's nothing worse than a toothache.
It's amazing what the media focuses on and then they're surprised when the latest polling comes in and Obama is as strong as ever.

10. I Don't Give A Shit Either
But I confess, I'm out of the loop on the teleprompter thingie. I've been extremely busy the last couple of weeks (parents having surgery, helping them out, etc.), and I don't even know what happened with a teleprompter, and there's no need to re-hash it for me. Sounds like a minor issue some puke-types are trying to drum up.
