"POTUS's taped remarks at Univision's "Premio Lo Nuestro" Latin music awards"
Cant wait to see the video of this one....

POTUS's taped remarks at Univision's "Premio Lo Nuestro" Latin music awards airing tonight:

Buenas noches (Good evening). I want to thank the millions of you who voted for tonight's winners, and I also want to thank all of you who voted in that other election back in November - even if it wasn't for me. With the challenges we face right now, it is absolutely critical that you stay involved and make your voices heard. I want you to know that I will always be listening, and my Administration is working hard so that we can expand opportunity for all Americans and reach that better day. Now I know you tuned in for "Premio Lo Nuestro," so let me get right to it. I don't know who'll get married tonight or who'll get Video of the Year, but I know you're in for some great performances that celebrate the rich diversity of Latin music, and that's good news. So enjoy the show, y para los nominados que se preguntan si esta será su noche, les digo, ¡si se puede! (and for all those nominees wondering if tonight is their night, let me just say, ¡yes you can!)

to communicate with all the people in the USA..even if it doesn't always go well as one would hope.

2. I will gladly teach him hillbilly since he's probably weak in that...
... dialect.

For example, "Hey yall!" and "Yes we can too!" (We southerners have cornered the market on redundancy ... and we also say the same thing in too many words.)

5. Seriously Cool, Prez Obama giving
the Shaka-Hang Loose~ Hawaiian Style.

I must remember to do this more..I've been flashing the Peace Sign for awhile..time to branch out. Thanks, Clio:D:fistbump:

<snip>

The Shaka Symbol

Anyone who has visited the islands has no doubt seen the famous hand gesture coupled with the greeting “shaka, brah!” A shaka sign – the unmistakable pinky and thumb salute – is the ultimate symbol of aloha and local culture in Hawaii. Interpreted to mean “hang loose” or “right on,” the shaka is a constant reminder that in Hawaii, it is not the norm to worry or rush. The shaka sign represents the embodiment of “island style.” It signals that everything is alright.

From surfers and keiki (kids) to bank tellers and news anchors, the shaka sign is universal in the islands. Use the shaka sign wherever and whenever you want to spread a little aloha, say thanks for letting you cut in on the road, or along with aloha as hello or goodbye. The shaka sign is more than just nonverbal communication. When you use it, you acknowledge the true concept of aloha and participate in the synergistic heartbeat of Hawaii.
