Come On DU I need More Poutrage! I'm Addicted! This Place Is Boring.

It's been a long two years. During the campaign there were tons of outrages everyday. You get addicted to that stuff, you know. I remember being depressed after each primary vote, waiting on the next one. All the way up to the election.
When you signed on to DU there were more outrages than you could count. You could spend all day pouring through threads.

Just when things were getting boring because the excitement of the election being over killed the controversies, a new thing was born: poutrages. And my addiction was alleviated. Poutrages are made up outrages, done for the sake of feeding our addiction.

Now that Obama is knocking things out of the park, the poutrages are getting smaller and smaller. Man it's getting boring. Some of the new poutrages are so lousy (like the marihuana one) they don't work anymore on the addiction. It's like we need more potency. I can get through DU threads now in a matter of minutes. I look later in the day - same ole threads.

I'm starting to suffer withdrawal pains again. Somebody do something!

Make a soapy solution with dish detergent and water...dip one end of the spool in the solution and blow through the other. It works. :hi:

do whatever it takes to get this out of your system.
