10. There was some language in a bill that suggested involuntary volunteer (heh) work. It was removed.

Rahm Emanuel has made similar noises towards a program of some sort, but again, it's just talk, there's no sign that Obama actually thinks we need a Europe/Asia/Israel style conscription service.
