What is criteria for GM/Chrysler restructuring?
"(CNN) -- President Obama announced Monday that struggling automotive giants General Motors and Chrysler will be given a "limited" period of time to "restructure in a way that would justify an investment of additional taxpayer dollars."

Just what is the criteria? What goals must be outlined?
Should they use the same financial model that our federal government uses?

What is it exactly that will please Mr. Obama?

1. That would be President Obama
You may not agree with him on this issue - I'm not sure I do either, but show some respect.

3. I suspect not hemorrhaging billions is involved.
Other than that, I bet Obama's fairly open to ideas.

4. You might wish to read the transcript.

Or visit the whitehouse.gov website.

Why you would ask DUers as if they are in President Obama's cabinet is beyond me.

Unless you were asking for links, you'll just get opinions.

5. Is this your warped way of backpedaling on your earlier hyperventilating ?
Do you expect the President to negotiate with you directly on this?
