4. What a blessing
I'm sure it's the herring and salmon patties that have kept him going ... and what seems, from the article, to be his wonderful spirit.

15. He sure doesn't look his age! What a guy!
I know you must be proud of him and his accomplishments. My mom turned 93 in January; she's sworn to hit the 100 mark, just to be "up there" with George Burns!!

16. Great story - thanks for posting.
What an interesting life. I hope you have been following him around with a video cam.

My Dad is 93 and doing well. My Mother died recently. They were married 67 happy years. As long as our parents are alive we still get to be children. I am the youngest child and will soon be on Medicare. I recently reminded my Dad of that fact and I thought he would say it made him feel old. Instead he said to me - God you are getting old.

BTW, will Willard Scott be giving your Dad a shout-out?

21. Wonderful!
Happy Birthday Rabbi!

What a lot of history you father has lived! I hope you, and yours joy during this special time.

My father will be 89 tomorrow, and I am so very grateful for that. I live next door to him, and am in the process of moving in to his house to care for him better. He still teaches me something new every day.
