There's a thread title and article quote you can get behind!

Here's another point.

Once you read the article, you might conclude that my title is misleading, vague and stretched to fit an agenda.

There's another title spinning around the internets about Obama "following Bush's lead" that is just as misleading and vague.

Could Obama have stopped the DOJ from presenting the motion to dismiss? Really?
I don't think anybody on this board has the full knowledge to answer that particular question.
