He handed out some bronze stars too. Obama and Biden obviously care far more for the troops then Shrub and Darth Cheney ever did.

Even the ones that come thru Dover AFB.

Usually it is one way or another, but not mixed.

On second look - I guess the troops who were on Parade were in arms and those in the bleachers were not.
