1. There is a fine line between free speech and inciting insanity
Beck has crossed that line.

8. So it's okay for Glenn Beck to incite the militant to take up guns and kill people?

21. It's not okay with me
It's also illegal to murder people or to incite others to murder. But I think you might know that. :)

3. yep
I love how he kept saying "Oh, I just know that this is going to be taken out of context". Righhhht, Glenn. And he showed a clip of Hillary Clinton saying in a past debate that "America is at its best when we are working together", and declared it terrifying.

appealing to young people, good-looking, persuasive, etc. They have been doing this since he got elected. "Hitler gave good speeches, too."

9. I saw this bullshit yesterday
This is beyond free speech. This is inciting violence.

I noticed that he tried to lump Woodrow Wilson, FDR, in with Hitler, Stalin, ect. This guy is totally fucking insane. I never in my life figured i would ever see somebody sink this low just because their party lost in the election. When is the Secret Service going to stand up and take notice?

22. I was up late, and flipping channels when I saw this repeat - holy shit
this guy is all beers short of a six pack. That was just the wierdest thing to see. It was like the guy has already started to unravel in his head - even when he quoted a section of a book and attributed it to the wrong guest, who pointed out that it wasn't in his book, Beck just kept insisting and then more incomplete, incoherent sentences came out. He was stumbling over his thoughts.

It was a stuttering, disjointed, rambling mess of a presentation. And the few parts that were clear were simply stupid, I remember thinking that Republicans have turned into nothing more than some exceptionally stupid kindergarten children. So while I didn't like it, and I know there will be some horrific bad acts and blowups by these people, my overall sense is of a fast march toward extinction. They are too god damned lazy to do more than try to incite a riot - you are never going to see a full fledged "revolution" out of them.

They just don't have it in them, nor if push came to shove, would the inciters/rioters have the support of even the less crazy talking Republicans. I am not sure yet if I think this kind of talk should be banned, checked out by the SS or ??? I think it is incitement of a sort, but I lived through the sixties, and the whole Civil Rights deal too, and so on. I'd rather have some of it out in the open, then being whipped up entirely underground or behind the scenes. But depends on how much farther it goes - just not at the suppression level for me yet.

I think it is all talk, with maybe some memorable "do", then the fizzle, then the fade.

but if he had any fortitude, he would say something.

(You never know with Bill though. Once every few months he'll say something exactly right, but it's rarely good enough to make up for the other shit he says.)

14. How many of "us" while gwb and cheeney were comitting warcrimes
in our names, gutting our constitution, torturing innocents, bombing wedding parties and generally inciting hatred for America all across the globe... again, how many of us went nuts, took up guns and went on a shooting spree? I don't recall too awful many episodes of "citizens gone nutz" but with the likes of glen and company it's no wonder we are seeing the lunatic fringe go off the deep end.

17. Hate
For someone who openly says that religion is of such importance to him, why does he only use Hate and Fear as tool of communication? It reminds me of Hitler and the Nazi party's fanatical propaganda concerning the Jews.

19. He just said, "He who is willing to give up freedom for security deserves neither."
Is he KIDDING me? During Bush's term, ALL the RWers were saying there's no use having our freedom if we're all dead from a terrorist attack. Wow-someone should really find a clip of a RWer saying that while Bush was "president" and put it side by side with what they're saying now!

Let these people show the vast majority of this country just how fringeand loony the GOP and all their cohorts..

They are really pushing it with Bachman, Plumber, Palin, Beck and the rest of these tea-baggers being the public faces of the Pukes.

Soon their base will consist only of frothing at the mouth loons. They are seriously going so OTT that even most dumbass Repukes might start thinking again about leaving the country's future up to these whack jobs.

25. This is the talking point for all the RW talkers. I've heard or read
allusions to Obama=Hitler from Savage, Limbaugh, and several others over the past few weeks.

They are desparate and in a frenzy. Their numbers go higher the more they whip up the radicals. It will turn out ugly.

27. I think the goal of the wing-nuts is to
fire up one of their nut jobs into assassinating the President. Remember the campaign how Mooselini had em all fired up. What other explanation would there be to all this fascist and socialist talk, Gleen beck is even comparing Obama to Hitler. It won't be long that there is an attempt on the Presidents life, just watch. I think we will see a lot of ugly stuff come out of this Tea Bagger stuff and Fox should be charged for inciting it.
