Republicans losing control of the Mad Tea Party

The Manchester teabagging extravaganza was originally organized by the NH Advantage Coalition, a basically mainstream conservative group. Looks like they are losing control of things, though. A host of "the Federal Reserve is Evil", "Obama Wants My Guns", cop-haters, and other off-message types seem to be latching on to the event.

With weird Free Stater Dave Ridley running around with his camcorder, this has tremendous comic potential.

There's this guy named Dave Ridley who has a YouTube channel called "The Ridley Report". He's a fringe libertarian who gets his thrills by hassling cops who have better things to do. Loves foolish stunts like "illegal puppet shows" (don't ask) and "open carry litter pickup", which is the brilliant idea of going into some of Manchester's rougher neighborhoods with hefty bags and Glocks. Naturally, they do this at 10 AM on a Saturday, not at night, and all they do is irritate the police, who understandably get concerned when they see someone walking down Cedar Street with a gun on their hip.
