Franken/Coleman race question...
I was reading on another site I frequent that the basis for Colemans opposition is that there are disqualified ballots from Republican districts that share the same flaw (reason for disqualification) as ballots from heavily Democratic districts that were ACCEPTED by the local polling place.

Is this true?

Now I'd like to see another Dem Senator as much as anyone here...

But if a ballot is disqualified in Red County because of rule #1... and another ballot with the same disqualifying feature is accepted in Blue County is that "correct"?

Is it wrong to go back and flip the Red County ballots under "equal protection"?

Reminds me of 2000... Bushco challenged Gore ballots because the voter "colored" outside the lines on the ballot or made an "x" instead of an oval. It pissed me off the way that they peeled away Gore votes.

But if the situation was flipped, Franken down by 168 votes and sitting on 5000 disqualified ballots that were similar to ballots accepted in a Red County would you feel the same?

4. Why?

The MN Supreme Court will make short work of this. The factual arguing part is over.

Ever since this went to the canvassing board, Coleman has not won a single argument.

5. Not just a freeper point. Normie's team is still whining about this

but it's not expected to make much of an impression on the state Supreme Court. If does nothing else, it will continue to cast a shadow over Franken's certification.

You've been doing such a good job so far. Don't blow it now. Once you get to 1000+ you'll get free passes all over the place.

Another site you frequent has Coleman talking points on it. Hmmmm.....

Now... let's see... I wonder who that could be.....

12. Every challenged ballot was examined by a bipartisan committee chaired by the MN SOS
Every challenged ballot was scanned.

Every challenged ballot was available for viewing, both at your leisure, and at the time that the committee voted on each ballot.

This has been the most transparent recount I have ever seen in my fucking life. And for all intents and purposes IS OVER.

Seat Al now.
