Marx didn't want a society of work. He wanted a society of relaxing. He's right, too, by the way.

15. I don't think Chavez is evil OR stupid.
And I'm sure he knows a little English.

I was just wondering how well the two of them could actually converse, sin interpreter -- or if their combined language skills would make them capable of only some basic Spanglish diplomatic pleasantries.

I been living here for almost 25 years and became an American Citizen almost 12 years ago . I have an American Passport. However, as a Venezuelan born citizen, I need to have a Venezuelan Passport to enter the country and my passport expired more than 20 years ago .

I do want to see my family, but we had a friend of a friend who was returned form Maiquetia because she did not have a Venezuelan passport .She was a 64-year-old, also American Citizen. My mother is almost 75 years old and I do want to see her. Believe, I am trying.

Edited on Fri Apr-17-09 06:48 PM by Aloha Spirit
with whom he has the most tention?

I'm not sure if it's keeping your enemies close, or just Obama's way of giving everyone a chance without emotions and old politics constipating everything.

edit--but Obama reserves the bro hug for people he likes, feels sorry for, or wants to thank.

24. And the body language is very telling...
... I rely on body language for my line of work and here's what I bet happened.

Barack approached Chavez unexpectedly. Chavez was at first embarrassed to be face to face with the man he'd been "dissing." President Charmanator turned it on and did his thing, assuring with his eyes and the tone of his voice that he wasn't upset with Chavez.

Chavez (who're really as in love with Barack as the rest of the world is) was relieved at this and began to drink in the proverbial Kool Aid, enjoying every minute of simply standing next to our delightful President.

Like I just said, he'll be proclaiming his love for Barack Obama by this time tomorrow. ;)

83. Well
I just snap, snap, snap, snap all day. Sometimes it's dangerous, like today - this is me at the Grand Canyon:

Okay, it's not - I'm slightly lying....truth is 99% of them are stolen from www.daylife.com.

Right click, copy, right click, paste - that's the extent of my work.

46. Just look at the second picture
You can see it in Chavez's eyes and of course in our diplomatic leader smile and gesture. I am loving this change.

Chavez reached out to hurting Americans with oil last year and also this year to the starving Alaskan Natives which Palin ignored. I will wait to hear what Obama has to say since I don't trust anything the previous administration said.

55. Both Leo's - Leo/Leo Compatibility Guide
A Leo individual is not at all hard to miss. He will be one of the most vivacious and energetic person in a group, who is probably getting most of the attention. At the same time, he is also proud of the attention he gets and may become self-centered. The Lion, though a little 'show-off', is very warm at heart. The problem in the compatibility between two Lions will be that neither will be ready to take the backstage. Both of them want to be the center of attention all the time and both of them want to dominate in the relationship.

However, this isn't possible and one of them has to back off. Whether they manage to do this or not will decide the future of this love match. They will have to cooperate with one another and rule by turns. The result of this relationship can be either of the two extremes, blissful and pleasing or bitter and devastating. There is no mid way for two Leos, smitten by love. Two lions either hate each other fiercely or adore each other possessively. They will have to learn to respect each other and value the other person's viewpoints and opinions.

Both of them feel that a relationship is based on trust, honesty and loyalty and if either of them forgets this, wide cracks will appear in this zodiac match. They will have to stop competing against each other and complement each other in each and every area. Though this is difficult, it is not totally impossible. Lack of understanding can also make this relationship go sour. The strong will and determination of the two Lions may have both positive as well as negative effects on their compatibility.http://www.iloveindia.com/astrology/compatibility/leo/leo-leo.html

73. Good for him, hopefully this means we will see some real dialogue from this administration.
Our government's rhetoric towards Chavez has been so insane in recent years, hopefully this meeting is a sign that Obama is willing to be more rational in his approach towards Venezuela.

Ever since then my secret hope is to see him deliver a bro hug to an "axis of evil" ruler.
This will have to do for now!
