The memo, dated May 30, 2005, was from then-Deputy Assistant Attorney General Steven G. Bradbury to John Rizzo, who was acting general counsel for the CIA.

I am a little leery that the Washington Times would come out with this before other Newspapers..

this story is not sourcing the times..


Just a little cautious because the right is so good at making something that is horrific seem less so by blowing it up even bigger, and then going ..ohhh see it was not all that big..

Once people have been shocked, they are immune somewhat to the horror.
