3. How many bad people do we really need to put in jail?
Wouldn't we be better off if we just let the wheels of justice turn slowly and deliberately and a year or two from now, people like John Yoo and the other criminals at the top will go to jail for many many years for their betrayal of the US Constitution.

That would be enough justice for me. The CIA people who carried it out, (there's probably only a dozen or two more of them), should they be punished? I'm not so sure how helpful that would be. I really am not so sure.

How many people does the CIA employ? Tens of thousands, or just thousands? Should we throw shit at all of them, destroy morale, lose valuable time and intelligence, just to put a dozen more in prison?

I say, go for the top dogs, Bush/Cheney on down to deputy CIA who approved of this, convict them in international courts, have them do 20 years, and them move on.

4. yeah, if you dont start at the top, you will never get them.
They will find a convenient target somewhere down the line.
