Diplomacy and Political Subtlety - Neocon Style - Remember John Bolton?
It is interesting how Bush's "certitude" and black and white approach to problems was once portrayed as an asset. This style was best exemplified by his nominee for UN ambassador, John Bolton. In sharp contrast, you have President Obama's deliberate approach with respect to issues that due require open deliberation such as torture.

4. You know
"sometimes people will confuse cynicism with intelligence"

This is ridiculous...... who ever portrays Bush's black and white approach is a complete
moron just as Bush himself, because if you could not see how moronic he was when his own
father could then there has to be something wrong with the individual.

7. Your last post was in favor of torture, displaying the very same b&w thinking you're saying is bad.
Why do I get the feeling that this is more a face saving post intended for the mods and admins, especially as torture isn't even mentioned in the article linked. You talk about open deliberation being important, but only after your pro-torture thread got locked.
