because the American people in this terrible economy are not going to have the stomach for it and those in political power know it. Holder could probably pull it off but my hunch is that he will fold. My personal opinion is that some of these monsters need to be in jail but from the get-go I never held out much hope. Obama is presently juggling live hand grenades on several fronts. If there are prosecutions his presidency will be consumed by them. It isn't a pretty picture regardless of how you look at it. IMHO
