There's no sound, I'm guessing because Jello Biafra, after being sued by Tipper Gore, became a selfish douche bag and now won't sign off on a copyright release to allow sound for a cover.

Ahh, when punk rock goes corporate... no good can come of it.

Shouldn't a bit of research be in order first? Apparently Biafra is no longer the copyright holder as of about a decade ago:

"Biafra ... was forced to hand over the rights to the majority of Dead Kennedys' back catalogue to the Decay Music partnership." (From the Wikipedia entry for Dead Kennedys)
