Bachmann, speaking on Pajamas TV, noted: "I find it interesting that it was back in the 1970s that the swine flu broke out then under another Democrat president Jimmy Carter. And I'm not blaming this on President Obama, I just think it's an interesting coincidence."

Of the kind of people that the current republican party is made up of, idiots! How in he world can they ever survive with people like this in congress, and people who vote these kind of people into office can't be much better! I have heard a lot of stupid things being said by the right wing wackos since Obama was elected, and I have to admit that the wackos are getting worse than ever with their paranoia, and hate for our president. Fox news, Rush, Coulter and the other wackos on radio and TV are driving these poor right wing radical republicans over the edge with all their lies, smears, and paranoia. My mother in law was, still is really, one of them. She was always a republican, but not the really crazy kind till she started listening to Rush back in the Clinton days. As time went on she became a typical Rush dido head, and after a couple of strokes, she was even more paranoid, but she continued to listen to Rush, get all worked up over his lies, and was really getting paranoid after Obama won! She "knew" Rush was right, and there was no talking sense to her at all. Well my wife and I take care of her, and we had to listen to all that paranoia, day in and day out. I had to replace the receiver she have her TV hooked up to, and for some reason she kept on messing around with the antenna for the AM radio. She kept on pulling the wires out of the back and would get all kinds of static when she listened to Rush. I fixed, a couple of times, but she kept on messing with things and reception got worse. I didn't know it, but she stopped listening to Rush because the static was so bad. She now watches TV in the mornings and has gotten in a much better mood, stopped much of her complaining about Obama, and seems to be in a much better mood! So I guess Rush is like any other addiction, you can kick the habit and things eventually get much better in your life! Now only if we could get more republicans to stop listening to Rush, things might get better! One can only hope!
