Kit Bond to Obama: You FAIL when it comes to national security

Missouri Sen. Kit Bond took to the Senate floor today to deliver yet another stern message to President Obama.

Today's declaration: The president has scored a failing grade on national security in the first 100 days of his term.

"While the Obama Administration is busy trying to decide who from the previous administration they should prosecute, they don’t understand that as far as the American people are concerned they are the ones on trial now," Bond said. "The President and his team have to answer how they are going to protect the American people."

Obama's chief mistake, Bond said, is basing decisions on politics, not on what' s needed to keep the country safe.
