I keep telling myself, "these press conferences are going to lose their luster"
...but they never do.

Every time he has a press conference, I'm on the edge of my seat paying close attention to every word and I come away informed, confident, relieved, and entertained.

The guy turns the most boring of subjects into engaging topics that I want to learn more about.

What a freaking President.

the way I do now. They are always very informative and finally an intelligent voice speaking:applause:

4. He is SO thorough! I am impressed every time, and every time
I see one, I think of the last 8 years, and how lucky we are now. And the man can speak! In coherent sentences!!

5. Every time Bush would open his trap I would cringe and get all annoyed
and irritated and have to turn him off.

With President Obama, I find his speech pattern and tone of voice very comforting and soothing, and he always calms me. He is so KIND to the English language. Sigh.

6. That is one thing a good president has going for him - people remain
interested in what he has to say. I do not think I ever missed a JFK press conference. I find the same joy in President Obama's conferences.

8. Prez Obama has a way
to turn even the most boring question into something interesting.

Especially when he answered edhenry's at the last one:)
