1. I don't think he has any fear at all. Partly, I think he's too psychotic to feel fear,

but I also think that he knows that there really isn't any reason to fear.

On edit: I think he does fear one thing: the truth, because he knows he's going to jail or at least looking at years of living in misery if anyone actually decides to start digging into the torture, WMD, 9-11, and other shit that Cheney pulled.
