during the day. I think it's propaganda to try to scare us and it's good that they're pointing out that they were caught without waterboarding or other torture.
I think anyone who is threatening mass destruction by blowing up buildings pretty much can be defined as a terrorist. Seems they had something against Jewish people (their target was a synogogue) so that solidifies the definition.
Just because they met in prison instead of a church or mosque or some other gathering doesn't make them any less of a terrorist.
that point on DU for a couple of days. I saw a local newscast from Albany where Bloomberg and Kelly were thanking all the stellar participants who were work working on this for almost a year..it was very low key and not hysterical at all. Very Professional.
torture is ALSO is used to get FALSE information. Cheney had the CIA waterboard KSM and ask him if there was a link between Iraq and al Qaeda. He wanted/needed a "confession" that there was. He finally got a "confession" from al Libi-a FALSE confession. But he "admitted" it to get the torture to stop.
