It's Time For a New Geneva Convention

I think Obama's speech highlights the need for a Geneva Convention for the 21st century and beyond, the framework doesn't adequately address todays challenge of stateless, terrorist networks. We have no clear way to protect national security, while protecting the rights of those we want to detain.
