2. We'll see. HOPEFULLY he WILL...
but I'm afraid he'll just let Turley talk and won't challenge him.

8. Remind me why Dana Milbank isn't on Countdown anymore...
I'm think Turley could be on thin ice.

4. Olbermann is praising Sotomayor, even mentioning the RW talking point about how she's not
that smart. We already know Turley feels she's not smart enough. I hope Keith holds his ground.

6. Turley will say she is smart but that's somehow different from having...
'intellectual depth' and then will go on, as he usually does in his wordy way, to try and defend his outrageous claim. He is so predictable, imo.

You called it! Then he went on to say she may very well "find her stride" or something to soften his criticism.

25. I saw the look on his fce at the end of the segment, he look like he had to hold his opinions ...
...back in order not to be challenged. Another Chuck Todd type IMHO, someone who says what the crowd wants instead of the truth...someone who wants to be like more than respected.

alienate himself fron him. If he had, he wouldn't be allowed on the show anymore (at least in his mind). Punk.

29. Thurgood Marshal comment was necessary? It made it sound l ike he had a grudge and
...wasn't being objective when it came to her. Also, he complimented Scalia but had some criticisms for Marshal and Sotomayor...that in and of itself placed him on the overtly critical side of the spectrum

30. Turley wound up as a commentator on TV because..............
he's not very bright in legal intellectual circles and needs to make a million or two before retiring. He's about as honest as a hooker on 7th avenue. ANYTHING for a buck.

32. Not really. He almost seemed to SUPPORT her. He was much less critical of her
tonight and stressed positive traits. He must've listened to Keith's first segment and heard that Keith's aware of the RW talking points.

36. Yup. He may have changed his position on Keith's show so he gets called
back to his show, but we saw him give his REAL opinion earlier and won't be fooled by his "nuanced" position.

I am FURIOUS that this prick would demean the history and legacy of Thurgood Marshall. Absolutely FURIOUS.
