I pointed out and showed pictures of the White House garden cared for by Mrs. Obama.

My fahter asked me what they used for fertilizer since it looked pretty good.

I replied, "Republican talking points, because it's just a bunch of bullshit."

He laughed loudly.

14. Michelle Obama is absolutely fabulous, a national treasure

I am so inspired by her. It is apparent she loves each one of these children and wants them to do well in life. Love just naturally flows through her. And they can feel it. She is remarkable. Beautiful. Uplifting. Doing a lot of positive good for the world. 'Love lift us up to where we all belong' - is a profound message in these times.

16. MIchelle is sooo my girl crush!

I remember when I was in school, I'd see a girl I thought was cool and go cultivate her friendship--whether she wanted it or not! Usually, she'd give in and we'd end up as BFFs, conspiring and giggling, flirting with the cute boys and becoming an inseparable team.

I wish it was that easy now! I'd love to be friends with Michelle like that--I bet she wouldn't even mind if I flirted shamelessly with her husband!!
