1. All lobbyists should only be allowed to submit reading material

to congress. No personal contact.

3. Congress has too much on the plate, of issues they don't know. Industry lawyers come well prepared

to write favorable loopholes.

4. Guillotines. Short of that, nothing.

If you can't make them fear for their lives or livelihoods, they will keep raping us and raking in the dollars.

5. All in-person contacts with lobbyists

should be recorded and youtubed. All written correspondence with lobbyists should be released to the public. All phone contacts with lobbyists should be recorded and released to the public.

Make it a felony to accept a campaign contribution from a lobbyist or anyone he represents.

Problem solved.
