Organizing for America (of the DNC) have cooked up something called Office Visits for Health Reform.
An email from Mitch Stewart, Obama's communication guy has a link in it that lets you set up a visit with your rep in congress, even republican reps. It looks like a good approach if your rep. is a Democrat, but my rep Bill Shuster is a right wing republican pig and it would be a waste of time to go to his office and talk to his moron staff.

3. still, if his office is tied up with pro-health reform visitors, it keeps him a bit hamstrung
...as far as having resources free to get into other mischief..
