The President's trip to Copenhagen...

I've got a feeling this is cover for a stop in Afghanistan, I think he's going to meet face to face with his troops before he makes decision on strategy. Also, the politics of it would play much better right now than a few handshakes with the Olympic committee. Or perhaps a meeting in Russia or Israel or something else relating to the Iranian missiles and nuke sites. Could he really wants the Olympics that much right now that Michelle can't go solo? Something's up.

Believe me, he wants Chicago to have the Olympics. He's a sports nut and a competitor and I'm sure that the Brazilian president was egging him on during the UN meeting and I'm sure that made him even more determine to seal the deal.

It should be pointed out that all other world leaders with cities as finalist are making the same trip so it might come off bad to the IOC bad if he just sends Michelle.
