Guilliani shows up for Wisconsin photo op: CNN obliges
Edited on Mon Sep-27-04 06:24 PM by oasis
Rudy's stumping for the Chimp and parroting the Kerry "flip-flop"
mantra. Candy Crowley happy to report. I guess Rove'll be subbing Rudy for Mean ol' Dick Cheney.

BTW, Candy's CNN Gallup poll: Who can better handle
relations with other countries ?

Bush 52%... Kerry 44%. Yeah, riiight. :eyes:

1. Rudy:Thank God Bush didn't read the Hart-Rudman report on global terror
that he was given on Jan 30, 2001 and work to implement its urgent proposals for Homeland Security or I wouldn't be as rich and famous as I am today.

You mean THAT Rudy Giuliani?

4. Or Wes Clark maybe? At least Hillary would've gotten press. Wes may be
in Wisconsin right now, but the press is unimpressed.

5. Of course, it's not like an Edwards appearance
that should be ignored since this is about an election and he's running for office.

6. Edwards's get scant coverage. He's emphasis is on "bread and butter"
issues which isn't sexy enough for the media.

8. I don't believe that.
They found him plenty sexy in the primaries. It's deliberate and it's just more of the goring of the K/E campaign. The media wants B$$$. They forced him on us once and will do everything to do it again.

7. On our local newscast in Madison....
...they mentioned the Guilliani appearance, but spent a fair amount of the short segment mentioning that local reporters were NOT allowed ask Guilliani questions face to face. They seemed fairly peeved about it (as peeved as our local news people ever seem...).
