Any idea what he means by it? Could he be trying "ILY" in American Sign Language? It's become shorthand for I Love You, which might make some kind of sense in one of his pre-screened audiences. (Trying and mucking up, given his tortured relationship with his own native tongue.)

Whenever I see him walking anywhere...he makes waving to the camera a priority.

Even when world leaders are trying to talk to him as they walk, he'll look past them and point to the cameras and pull the old stiff-arm.
