Anyone know for sure? I hope so. I have been waiting for a president to do this. McCain promised it 4 years ago and I've heard that Kerry did too. Anyone know?

1. Once a month would be good considering how
often it's done now..but how about bi-weekly!

2. No, he is going to appear only in front of handpicked cheering crowds
Who would feel it necessary to hide from the press EXCEPT the miserable failure Bush?

5. It was less than once a month
But more than once a year. Bushler has 3 in 4 years.

4. Why not?
Kerry is an honest man and he doesn't mind answering questions. It won't be a big deal to hold a monthly press conference. The American people deserve it and I think he'll follow through.

We HAVE to get him in there. The alternative is too frightening for me to think about. :hi:

8. I expect him to speak a lot......he'll use press conferences and
speeches to put pressure on Congress to move his agenda. I think he'll also leverage the Internet to push his agenda and zero in on Congress to help make that agenda happen. Quickly.

9. I seem to remember there was a time
press conferences were held somewhere along that frequency. Didn't they become less frequent to almost non-existent starting with the post-Reagan years?
