1. No...she won't

Her decision to stick with Grussendorf even though she knows the Senate Dems legitimately rejected him is, quite simply, about depriving Juneau of a senator.

Then again, since she wants to reduce Juneau to a mining town of 6,000 or so(killing the villages of Southeast and forcing their inhabitants to move to Anchorage and open trinket shops)this is to be expected.

The scary part is, she thinks she's doing "God's Will".

Who the hell is this dude? And why him?

Doesn't surprise me at all. She's obsessed with keeping Kertulla out of the seat. At least in part because, with her organizing skills, Beth would have a great chance of becoming Senate president and then Palin would have to negotiate with her to get stuff done.
