We had a White Xmas down here(SW MO) and the stuff is actually still here. I was a little homesick and now we got some serious Arctic Air hitting our area. Hell, I haven't felt -20 in almost ten years(back in Anchorage at the time). The Missourians in my area just don't know what to do with themselves, its quite funny.

I've been kind of amused at all the "oh, my God, it's so COLD" threads on DU the past few days.

6. We actually had over 20 inches of snow this winter so far,

by far this is the most snow I've seen since I've been in SW MO, and its very nice :)

The snow actually stayed, heck our Xmas eve snow last almost 17 days which is unheard of for this area, and we got hit again in late January, and that snow is still HERE in some spots...:)

In January, we had at least 5 solid days of -20, hell everyone was freaking out, but I was just coolly smoking my cigs outside...:D
