Has anyone got their Health Insurance form from the state?

Me, and about 400,000 others are not buying into the insurance scam. It's turned out to be an unaffordable turkey. It was only a Mittens Romney campaign kick-off gimmick that the dummies in the state house took seriously.

2. All I know is that when I tried to file online,

it told me I needed some form from the state proving that I have insurance, with all sorts of numbers on it. Oy.

3. I just got a letter from my HMO yesterday telling me what to put on the MA form.

I'm with Harvard Pilgrim.

4. the paperwork is suposed to come from your insurance carrier.

there is information on it that you have to provide on the state form. I'm still waiting for mine.
