Anyone get invited to Obama at Macomb today?

I know I didn't. I volunteered for him in the the general, but I got nothing, then again I'm a small fry. Sharon, did you get an invite? Just wondering who got them?

1. Me neither and my husband is going to school at Macomb for a career change

and we both worked our fannies off for Barack during the election.

I know the demand was great however.

2. Nope, not me

I really wanted to go, too. Someone gave me a number to call to volunteer, but they had enough people already. I think tickets were offered to MCCC students and faculty in a drawing. Other than some officials, I'm not sure who else was able to get tickets. I tried my damnedest, believe me.

3. Good speech, Obama knows how to deliver

I'm jealous though, I should be be shaking his hand and talking about Dave Bing's jump shot. That was a great comment I thought...."Dave Bing, great ball player, great jump shot"!

I hate when he's in town and I'm not in the audience. I hope he comes to Oakland County sometime soon.
