Recall Snyder Effort Macomb St. Clair Shores

If anyone is interested in volunteering to collect petition signatures in St. Clair Shores, drop me a note. I am one of two captains for the city. We are hosting a training session on Wed. June 1 (yes you must be trained before petitions will be provided). If you are not interested in volunteering but would like to sign a petition, there will be two of us on 11 mile between the Masonic Temple and Jefferson on Sunday, May 29 between 10:30 am and noon. We will only have petitions for St. Clair Shores registered voters. Look for the "recall Snyder" sign.
As other events are planned, I'll post them.

What time is the training session?




I thought we couldn't start collecting signatures until July? Was I misinformed?

2. Our training session will start between 8:15 and 8:30pm

This is for people who want to collect signatures for St.Clair Shores. Each city has its own captain(s) and is collecting for their own city. I'd be delighted to have you help us out, but you would not be able to use the petitions provided to collect signatures in Roseville or Detroit. You would have to contact the city captains in order to do that. This is mostly due to signature validation and the time frame for collection. Any petition sheets completed by SCS volunteers will be picked up by another volunteer who has been approved for this chain of custody. All signatures must be collected by Aug. 5, and I think the collection started on the 21st.
