And it tells one how to pay:

How do I pay?

Payment can be made by check, money order, or credit card (we accept Discover, MasterCard or Visa). Make your check or money order out to MN State Parks and mail to MN State Parks, 1140 Plant St., Rapid City, SD 57702.

Huh. Well, considering the restraints the Pawlenty administration has put under state government, I guess it's no suprise.
