Was really a shocker. An older black gentleman who has been doing those caucuses for many years - I remembered him from four years ago - who lives in Plymouth. Described how he was stopped by a policy officer inquiring about why he was driving that car - Lexux, I think - or how he got it.
Or driving the freeway with a rental car - his was at the shop - at a cruise control of 58, and being stopped by a police wanting to know why he was driving a rental.
And, of course, we all know the shocking case from Golden Valley about a professional black man who was beaten by the police even though the call about a robbery clearly stated a white man. He recently won a $1 million from the city.
Apparently Keith Ellison tried to pass something about that while a member of the house, but it failed.
Another one about supporting the schools (of course, after Robbinsdale failed to pass a levy) and about health care.
