Delegate scramble begins

The first count of delegates is 133 registered and 84 alternates. Now the scramble begins from both camps to upgrade their delegates to fill in the empties.

Lots and lots of Tinklenberg T-Shirts behind me in the alternates section, though there are probably a couple at least already seated around the delegates tables.

That's not to say there's more Tinklenberg delegates than Olson delegates, but they are more self-identified at this point.
