Medicaid To End For Thousands Of Low-Income Missourians

Philip Lindsey knew a letter saying he was no longer eligible for Medicaid was coming, but it still didn't make it any easier.

"Ah, I think (I) basically panicked at first," Lindsey said.

Lindsey has suffered six heart attacks, he has spinal arthritis and he is the sole provider for his 18-year-old son, who has a form of autism.

KMBC's Kris Ketz reported that 65,000 letters have recently gone out, informing low-income parents that their current incomes will soon be too much to qualify for Medicaid.

compliments of the republicans. If God wants the poor to live, He will answer their prayers, if he doesn't want them to live, He won't and no medical care is needed.
